Laziness

Moved a bunch of stuff today, with many, many thanks to D. Still have a lot to move (no matter how much crap I stuff into that storage compartment, my apartment continues to laugh at me). Only two more big things to move, one big thing to take to the dumpster, and then a lot of cleaning and throwing together the random items that haven't found their way into a box yet. Fun fun fun. So far I have managed not to pack the cat.

Finally sent off P's birthday card. Only had the damn thing for a week....maybe a bit longer. Lost it for a while, bought a new one, had that one lying around for a few days, then found the one I had originally bought in plain sight. Well...if you count on Shadow's big cat scratcher, in a bag, under some unopened mail as plain sight. Either way, I found the damn thing and finally mailed it off. :)

Managed to find the graduation tassels I'd been missing since Sparky and I moved in the other day. Wanted to smack myself when I found them in "plain sight" in the closet. Threw them in a bag I'm going to be keeping with me, if I lose them again, I deserve to. And this time (OB might remember this, I know Sparky does) I made sure to keep the pegs to the entertainment center where I could find them. Hard to miss them when they're in a plastic bag securely taped to the glass shelves. :)

All and all I'm ready to get out of the ghettofabulous apartments I am in. Hope Shadow doesn't go bald with all the changes. If he does, I'll post pictures. :)
